1. Diktat:
A diktat is a statute, harsh penalty or settlement imposed upon a defeated party by the victor, or a dogmatic decree. The term has acquired a pejorative sense, to describe a set of rules dictated by a foreign power or an unpopular local power.

Workers are seen as assets.
The soft version traces its roots to the human relations school, it emphasizes communication, motivation and leadership.



5. Globalisation:
Is the ongoing process that is linking people, neighbourhoods, cities, regions and countries much more closely together than they have ever been before.

6. Compliance:
Need to.
The action or fact of complying with a wish or command.

A jobless recovery or jobless growth is an economic phenomenon in which a macroeconomy experiences growth while maintaining or decreasing its level of employment.
